What the register does

Register kya karta hai

1. Writes your complaint from your own answers and shows you where to file it, free.
2. Aap ke apne jawabon se complaint likhta hai aur batata hai kahan file karni hai, muft.
3. Keeps one dated record of each buyer's case and proof, so the buyers of one seller stand together.
4. Har buyer ke case aur saboot ka ek record rakhta hai, taake ek seller ke sab buyers ikatthe hon.
5. Shows the public numbers only: cases, total paid and filings, counted after the proof is checked.
6. Public mein sirf ginti: cases, kul raqam aur filings, saboot check hone ke baad.

What it does not do

Kya nahi karta

1. It takes no money from anyone. Nobody from the register will ever ask you to pay, and nobody can "recover" your money for a fee. Anyone who asks is a second fraud.
2. Kisi se paise nahi leta. Register ki taraf se koi kabhi paise nahi maangega. Jo fees le kar paise "wapas" dilane ki baat kare, wo doosra fraud hai.
3. It gives no verdicts. It records what buyers submit with their proof. The offices decide.
4. Faisla nahi sunata. Buyers jo saboot ke saath dete hain wo record karta hai. Faisla office karte hain.
5. It does not file for you. You submit on each office's own site, in your own name. Offices only accept complaints from the person they happened to.
6. Aap ki jagah file nahi karta. Aap har office ki apni site par apne naam se submit karte hain.
7. It is not legal advice and not a law firm.
8. Ye qanooni mashwara nahi aur law firm nahi.

The truth rule

Sach ka asool

Your complaint is built only from what you write. Nothing is added. Write only what happened to you, with dates and amounts. A false line on an official form harms you, and a register with false cases helps nobody, so every case needs proof of payment and every filing a screenshot before it counts.

Aap ki details

1. Your name, email, phone, answers and proofs are private. They are never shown on any public page.
2. Naam, email, phone, jawab aur saboot private hain. Kisi public page par nahi dikhte.
3. They are shared only with the offices you file with (by you) and, if buyers go to court together, with an attorney acting for the buyers.
4. Sirf un offices ke saath jahan aap khud file karein, aur agar buyers mil kar court jayen to buyers ke wakeel ke saath.
5. Your case page works with a private link. Anyone with the link can open it, so do not post it.
6. Aap ka case page private link se khulta hai. Link post na karein.
7. You can remove your case and proofs at any time from your case page. Complaints already filed with offices stay with those offices.
8. Aap kabhi bhi apne case page se case aur saboot hata sakte hain. Offices mein file ki gayi complaints wahin rehti hain.
9. We count page visits and steps (no third-party trackers) to see where people get stuck.
10. Hum dekhte hain log kis qadam par atakte hain (koi bahar ka tracker nahi).

Money for a lawyer, later

Wakeel ke liye paise, baad mein

Nothing is being collected. If an attorney agrees to act for the buyers, any fund would be raised only on a known fundraising platform, paid straight to the attorney, with every amount shown in public. The register and its owner take nothing from it.

Abhi koi paise jama nahi ho rahe. Agar koi wakeel buyers ke liye case le, to fund sirf kisi maaroof fundraising platform par hoga, seedha wakeel ko jayega, har raqam public. Register ya us ka malik is mein se kuch nahi lega.

Aap seller hain?

Every quote on a case page comes from a public page, with its date. A seller who refunds the registered buyers, or wants to answer, can write to basit@mindreforge.com; the answer is shown on the case page as given.

Case page ka har quote kisi public page se hai, tareekh ke saath. Jo seller registered buyers ko refund kare ya jawab dena chahe, basit@mindreforge.com par likhe; jawab case page par waise hi dikhaya jayega.

If anything on this register about a seller is inaccurate, write to basit@mindreforge.com with the proof. It is corrected or removed within 48 hours, and the correction is dated on the page.
